Otherworld Festival is an annual Halloween Festival. The Ballymun Festival Steering Committee invite the local community of Ballymun to participate in the Parade and Festival every year.

Shadowhawk Entertainment provide event management for the Otherworld Festival and sit on the Ballymun Festival Steering Committee, which is made up of multi-agency organisation including Dublin City Council, Axis Ballymun, Ballymun Regional Youth Resource (BRYR), Poppintree Youth Project, An Garda Siochána and the wider Ballymun community. The Otherworld Festival is funded by Dublin City Council.
