Shadowhawk Academy (formerly known as STAR Scouting) is a division of Shadowhawk Entertainment that operates in talent scouting and development and entertainment management.

Shadowhawk Academy operate a training program for the project management team. Depending on experience, successful candidates will enter the program as an Intern or Assistant and can advance to Co-ordiantor or Manager, and will work across our divisions in commercial, entertainment, management, production, label and promotions.

Shadowhawk Academy are always keen to hear from new or advanced performers across the board - actors/actresses, singers/songwriters and musicians including bands/groups. Star Search is a national scouting program operated by Shadowhawk Academy that gives aspiring actors, models and singer/songwriters the platform to launch their careers. We pride ourselves on discovering up-and-coming talent, and nurturing each and every one to become the best that they can be. Together, we help you get your career moving in the right direction through securing management contracts and acting and recording deals.
